- black soy sauce or regular soy sauce
- vegetable oil
- minced garlic
- Jeow Bong Spicy Paste
Preparation:
*For best results, we recommend a (wok) used over a gas burner, but if you have an electric stove top just have the temp. on high.
-Heat skillet or frying pan with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Crack two eggs and scramble in pan and add your rice and stir fry the white jasmine rice with 1/2 cup of black soy sauce. Work the rice, eggs and sauce thoroughly until its mixed into a golden brown color.
Next, in another skillet or pan heat and add a little vegetable oil then the 1 pound of chicken and stir fry with 2 spoons of Laovin Its sauce until semi cooked. Then, add the vegetables, add another 2 spoons of Laovin It sauce and work the vegetable and chicken together.
Once thoroughly cooked combine the fried rice with the vegetable and chicken add Jeow Bong Spicy Paste (1-2 spoons depending on preference) and stir fry continually over medium heat for about 2 min. *Another option if not wanting to combine just mix the delicious spicy paste into the chicken and vegetables while stir frying. Then just put atop the fried rice and serve.
